Printing & exports

Esta página aún no está disponible en tu idioma.

Piranha generates the print-ready documents a meet needs, from the same data the run screen uses. Excluded events are left out of every export.

  • Program (PDF and HTML) — the full meet program / heat sheet.
  • Grid program and desk grid (PDF) — compact grid layouts of the same schedule.
  • Shepherd sheet (PDF) — a team-filtered mini program for staging a team’s swimmers (individual events only).
  • Clerk sheet (PDF) — clerk-of-the-course staging, one page per heat plus an alternates page.
  • Prelims heat/lane staging list (PDF) — the two-column 8&U (configurable age) staging list, per team or for every team.
  • Lane sheets (PDF) — per-lane sheets for the timers, paginated by the meet’s rules; can be filtered to one team for the club’s own recording/awards copy.
  • Lane grids (PDF, or a ZIP of per-team grids) — the staging grids each team’s shepherds use to find their swimmers.
  • Team entries (PDF) — each team’s swimmers and their events, with heat/lane notation.
  • Team recording sheet (PDF) — a two-column list of one team’s swims with a write-in line per swim (relays excluded).
  • Award / ribbon labels (PDF or ZIP) — printed per the host team’s label rules.
  • Meet report (PDF) — team standings, top-3 high point per age group and gender, and Most Outstanding Swimmer/Relay, from the stored scores.

Several print exports take a repeatable highlight parameter that bands a team’s rows in a real deck-highlighter color (the palette is chosen so black text stays printable).

  • Results — PDF for posting, plus SD3, CL2, Hy-Tek .hy3, and Lenex (.lef/.lxf) files. The results ZIP bundles the .cl2 + .hy3 pair exactly like Meet Manager’s own results export, using Meet Manager’s filename convention (Meet Results-<meet>-<date>-001.zip) so records chairs and other software recognize it on sight.
  • Meet events bundle (ZIP of .hyv + .ev3) — the program definition, distributed to teams before the meet so they can prepare entries.
  • Scoreboard (CTS) — a start-list bundle for a Colorado scoreboard.
  • Everything at once — a single ZIP bundle of the meet’s documents (team entries and staging lists fan out to one PDF per team).

For deck day, each meet carries a print plan: per document, how many copies, which printer role (reports vs. labels), and which meet phase should trigger it. Gathered print runs (e.g. a batch of ribbon-label files) queue as print jobs that print directly to deck printers over IPP — so the desk isn’t downloading PDFs and clicking print dialogs mid-meet. The run screen offers the short list of deck documents; the full plan lives on the exports panel, which also previews any document in place.

When every event matching one of the host team’s configured label rules is finalized, the app surfaces a “labels ready to print” prompt (in the notification bell) that links straight to the label export with the right parameters (age, gender, stroke, places) already filled in.

The exports panel (on the meet hub) carries the print plan, the preview pane, and the plain file-download list. A few exports also appear where they’re most useful — the meet-events bundle on the Events tab and Sessions panel, the meet report on the results page.
